Our Veteran and Youth Volunteers
Volunteer Program
Our programs provide opportunities for seniors and young people to engage in meaningful service, develop skills, and make a positive impact in their communities. They empower seniors and youth to contribute to society, build character, and develop a sense of social responsibility.
Community Service - participating in hands-on ITAVCOA volunteer projects that address local needs.
Mentoring - Our volunteers are mentored and trained on event layouts by our veteran volunteers. This will benefit their personal, educational, and professional development. It will also foster an increase in self-esteem and a spirit of community.
Collaboration - Interaction with seniors in our community fosters cross-generational understanding and support.
Training - Our Volunteers are provided with a series of workshops under ITAVCOA.
