By assessing these and other potential impacts over a three-year period, our organizers gained insights into the event's effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and ensure its continued relevance and significance within the community.

2023-2024
Over years, the event's economic impact has expanded as it becomes a transformational journey to rebrand and set the stage for strategic planning in the local economy. Increased attendance, tourism, and spending time getting to build relationships with other organizations and partnerships.

Evaluating these projects and other potential impacts of the community event project gave ITAVCOA a better understanding of the significance which identified opportunities for continuous improvement.

Finding our way through the projects and community initiatives. Listening to the community and to see what the needs were. The community voices became the driving force for impacts. We are community and we care. There is no us without us and out voices.

The first year of the community event projects set the stage for ITAVCOA future impacts by establishing a strong foundation of support, engagement, and enthusiasm within the community. We addressed any challenges and learned many lessons.
